Martha Bralkowski of Jordan’s Bar & Grill in Ridgway, PA works hard to make her restaurant shine. And now as the winner of the Dawn Professional “Make Your Restaurant Shine” Contest, she’s going to get a little help! At the 2010 National Restaurant Association Show, Martha met Spike Mendelsohn and was awarded a $20,000 restaurant makeover. Congratulations Martha!
